Thanks for the suggestion, but I've found the ColorMunki 1.1.4 software to be 100% reliable and in many uses I'd had no problems with the newer i1Studio software-with both my ColorMunki Display colorimeter and my ColorMunki Photo spectrophotometer-until this.Īlso, isn't Displa圜al a front end for monitor calibration using Argyll CMS? I've looked into Argyll a couple of times (albeit mostly for printer profiling), and found it quite interesting, but the learning curve to benefits ratio never fully convinced me-but maybe one day! The OEM software has always been buggy and inconsistent. I'd suggest using the free/open-source Displa圜AL instead. Maybe the new software is service-based and the old software was not? But then I quit the old software and tried the new software and still got no indication of a connection-very odd.
